The annual fee covers the address itself and unlimited government mail, opened and scanned free. Anything else — bank statements, payment providers, courts, commercial post — is scanned on request at HK$3 a page. Non-government mail is held for three months. Forwarding is charged at postage or courier cost plus 20%; collection in person is free. An annual HK$800 mail and scanning deposit is held against those charges.

What is the address?
Your company’s name, 16F, King’s Commercial Centre, 25 King’s Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong. It is our own office, not a mailbox in someone else’s name.
How quickly can it be set up?
Usually within one business day of your identity documents passing our checks. If you are moving from another provider we file the change of registered office with the Companies Registry, which takes effect on filing.
What do you need from me?
For each director and beneficial owner, a passport or Hong Kong ID and proof of residential address dated within three months, plus your company’s certificate of incorporation and Business Registration Certificate. As a licensed TCSP we verify the people and the company, so we also meet you once, at our Tin Hau office or on a short video call.
How is mail handled?
Government mail — the Companies Registry, the Inland Revenue Department and other government departments — is opened, scanned and in your client portal within one business day, at no charge. Everything else is logged and held for three months, and scanned on request at HK$3 a page. You choose whether to collect it, have it forwarded, or have it shredded once scanned.
What is the mail and scanning deposit?
HK$800 a year, held against scanning and forwarding charges. Government mail is scanned free and never touches it. We tell you when the balance runs low.
How often is physical mail forwarded?
Twice a week by local post or courier, batched so you are not paying for single envelopes. Postage and courier are charged at cost plus 20%. Collection in person at Tin Hau is free during office hours.
Can I use the address if you are not my company secretary?
Yes. The registered office address is sold on its own at the price above. Most clients take the company secretary as well because the two jobs overlap, but it is not a condition.
Is it included when I incorporate with you?
Yes. The HK$6,000 incorporation package includes the registered office address for the first twelve months. From year two it renews at the annual price above, or inside the annual renewal package.
Can I use the address as my trading address on invoices and my website?
Yes, for correspondence. It is a registered office and mail address, not a licence to describe it as premises you occupy. If a bank or a regulator asks where the business actually operates from, answer with the real answer.

By card or bank transfer through your client portal, where the invoice and the renewal date live too.
