Tell us who you are and how you would refer. We read every application and confirm your commission rate by email, usually within one business day.
Share your link
You get a personal link, laulega.com/?ref=yourcode. Anyone who arrives through it is credited to you for 90 days. Prefer an introduction by email? We credit those by hand.
Your client signs up
They open a portal account, order at the published price and upload their documents. We verify them, as a licensed TCSP must, and do the filing.
You earn
A percentage of every invoice they pay in their first twelve months. Request a payout from your dashboard whenever there is a balance.

Prices your client can see
Incorporation, company secretary, registered office and every routine filing are on a published price list, with government fees at cost. Nobody you refer gets a surprise quote, and nobody pays more for arriving through you.
Tracking you can check
Your dashboard shows link visits, referrals, converted clients and commission accrued, invoice by invoice. No spreadsheets, and no chasing us for a statement.
Your client stays yours
We form Hong Kong companies and keep them in good standing. We do not give legal, tax or structuring advice, so there is nothing of yours for us to compete with.

LAULEGA LIMITED holds TCSP licence TC000573. We carry out customer due diligence on every client ourselves, meeting them at our Tin Hau office or on a video call, and we reply within one business day.

Corporate service providers and accounting firms can run their clients’ companies under their own portal login, at volume pricing, and stay the client’s point of contact. Mention it in your application.

The programme is run by LAULEGA LIMITED across both of its sites, so your dashboard sits on the 818HI side of our portal, at portal.818hi.com/affiliate. You sign in with your email address; there is no password to remember.

How much is the commission?
A percentage of every invoice your referred client pays during their first twelve months with us, counted from their first paid invoice. The rate is agreed with each partner and confirmed by email before your link goes live.
Do my clients pay more because I referred them?
No. Everyone pays the prices published on this site, read live from the list we invoice from. The commission comes out of our fee.
How are referrals tracked?
Through your personal link. A visitor who arrives through it is remembered in their browser for 90 days, and when they sign up the enquiry is credited to you. If a client comes to us another way, introduce them by email and we credit the referral by hand.
When and how am I paid?
Commission accrues as your referred clients pay their invoices. Request a payout from your dashboard whenever there is a balance and we pay it by bank transfer.
Who can join?
Accounting and law firms, corporate service providers in other jurisdictions, consultants, communities and existing clients. We read every application and reply within one business day.
What happens to my client after I refer them?
They open a client portal account, order at the published price and upload their documents. As a licensed trust or company service provider we verify every client ourselves, in person at Tin Hau or on a short video call. The relationship with you is untouched: we form and maintain the company, and do not offer legal, tax or advisory work.
